Cell percentages and numbers of CCR2⁺ monocyte and CXCR2⁺ neutrophil cell populations were not altered in CCR2^gfp/gfp knock-in/knock-out mice following LPS treatment. Mice were exposed to LPS to induce ARDS followed by treatment with I3C as described in the Methods.
