All reported time and energies are for one inference (averaged over the dataset). RISC-V energy includes RISC-V and its instruction memory. NPEs energy includes all NPEs, Loop buffer and Event-generator blocks. In all the experiments, the accuracy is the same (93%). The reported energy numbers include the leakage power of 30μW.
