Experimental setup. (A) Animal groups and rodent anatomy. The injury groups underwent sciatic nerve injury, which was left untreated (GA group) or treated with fibrin glue (GA + FG group). The Sham group underwent exposure of the sciatic nerve without injury. The anatomy of the hind leg and the injury site are illustrated. (B) Timeline.
