Transposition with TniQ and TnsF in the absence of ‘comM’ is severely reduced. Percent transposition as measured by the mating-out assay using strains expressing TnsABC + TniQ + TnsF in the presence or absence of a conjugal plasmid harboring a 600 bp region of comM.
