Effects of MSX on Jurkat T cell activation induced IL-2 secretion. Jurkat T cells were treated with MSX (0.001–1 μg/mL) for 1 hr prior to T-cell activation with anti-CD3 (100 ng/mL)/anti-CD28 (100 ng/mL). Concentrations of IL-2 in cell supernatants were quantified by ELISA. A one-way ANOVA analysis followed by a Tukey’s multiple comparison test was performed to determine significance among groups (* = p ≤ 0.05, and **** = p ≤ 0.0001).
