Data are presented as mean±standard error of the mean (SEM) with a sample size of n=6 per group. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey’s post hoc test was used to analyze differences between groups. Groups denoted with different lowercase letters (a, b, c) are significantly different from each other at P<0.05. Specifically, ‘a’ indicates statistical significance compared to the control group, ‘b’ denotes significance versus the sodium benzoate (SB) group, and ‘c’ refers to significance compared to the SB+5% virgin coconut oil (VCO) group. Abbreviations are as follows: SB - sodium benzoate, VCO - virgin coconut oil, ALH - amplitude of lateral head displacement, BCF - beat cross frequency, VAP - average path velocity, VSL - straight line velocity, VCL - curvilinear velocity
