Uterine leiomyosarcoma SKN cells were cultured in the CytoSelect 24-well Cell Migration Assay plates, SFRP4 was added at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml, and the absorbance was measured. The ‘0’ group was the SFRP4 untreated control group. (A) Leiomyosarcoma cells showed a significant decrease in migration (n=4).
