Four major modes of anti-MTB drug mechanism, as follows: work on cell wall proteins (isoniazid, ethambutol, bedaquiline, delamanid, and clofazimine); work on DNA replication machinery (fluoroquinolones); work on translational machinery (streptomycin, capreomycin, linezolid) and work on metabolic pathways (pyrazinamide and cycloserine).
