AUC analysis of multiple-time uptake data for currently marketed statin drugs. AUC analysis was conducted on multiple-time uptake data for atorvastatin (A), pravastatin (B), and rosuvastatin (C) using the trapezoidal method to obtain an indicator of CNS total drug exposure.
