Cross-talking KEGG pathways with Colorectal Cancer pathway showing association between frequently changed pathways in CRC and the nine differently expressed miRNAs. Through KEGG database, enrichment analysis was performed on the nine miRNA-target genes. The genes interfering in each signaling pathway interacting with the miRNA-target genes were found to be associated with CRC. Number of target genes for each miRNA presented in CRC pathways is shown. miRNAs' connection with each KEGG pathway is presented in red for up-regulation and blue for down-regulation.
