Inhibition of SIRT2 lessens the beneficial effect of Npre supplementation on ferroptosis and spermatogenesis of BU-treated mice. AGK2 injection (SIRT2 inhibitor) reduces the SIRT2 protein level (A) and counteracts the effect of Npre on number and motility (B) of sperm of BU-treated males (a+b are sperm moving forward).
