FcγRIIIa 158V enhances monocyte phagocytosis. PBMC from multiple donors were evaluated for phagocytosis as described in Fig. 1. Genotypes were obtained for FcγRIIIa at position 158 (V/F) and FcγRIIa position 131(H/R). PBMC were then separated into groups based on genotype for FcγRIIIa (a) and FcγRIIa (b).
