DC matured with PGE₂ migrate towards CCL19. 50,000 DC were placed in the upper chamber of a transwell plate and incubated for 4 h. Approximately 20% of DC matured with the cytokine cocktail (ccDC) migrated towards CCL19, while approximately 10% of OK432 + CL097 + PGE₂ matured DC could be collected in the lower chamber. DC matured without PGE₂ did not show considerable chemotaxis towards CCL19.
