OK432-matured DC are superior at inducing T-cell proliferation. 2 × 10⁵ CFDA-SE-stained autologous NAC (PBMC depleted of monocytes) were co-cultured with 5 × 10⁴ DC matured with noted stimuli for 5 days. Cells were measured for fluorescence intensity to determine proliferation. OK432 stimulated DC induced more T-cell proliferation than ccDC.
