Reactivity of draining LNs and spleen to B16 melanoma and its sublines. B16 melanoma-bearing mice were treated as described in Fig. 1. On day 21, the draining LNs and spleen were harvested and stimulated in vitro with each of the indicated cell lines in the presence of 20 U/ml IL-2, and the level of IFN-γ in the supernatant was determined using ELISA.
