Eps8-derived peptide-specific T cells from PBMCs secrete IFN-γ. a PBMCs from an HLA-A2.1-positive healthy donor were primed with Eps8-derived peptides and assessed for functional T cells by IFN-γ ELISPOT. T2 cells pulsed with each peptide were used as stimulators.
