^aMice bearing DA3 tumors (60 ± 5 mm³) were treated with either two Ra-224-loaded (40-50 kBq/wire) or inert wires in combination with low-dose CP, Sildenafil ± CpG (n = 5–9). CP was injected i.p. 1 day before the wire insertion and at day 7 after the irradiation. Mice received sildenafil in the drinking water (20 mg/kg/24 h) for 6 weeks. CpG (100 µg) was administrated 1 day before wires insertion i.t and 1 day after wires insertion
