Expression of mutant proteins. Induced BHK cells were labelled with [³⁵S]methionine for 30 min and chased with 1 mM unlabelled methionine for 2 h. Intracellular RV antigens were isolated by immunoprecipitation with human anti-RV serum (A) or with anti-E1 monoclonal antibody (B), followed by SDS-PAGE and fluorography.
