Topotecan affects endocytotic properties of DCs. DCs were differentiated and treated with TPT as described. 5 × 105 DCs were incubated with FITC-labeled dextran for 30 min at 37 °C and in parallel at 4 °C as a control. DCs were washed, and uptake of FITC-labeled dextran was analyzed by flow cytometry. Data represent the mean MFI ± SEM of five independent experiments.
