Influence of the MIF antibody on tumour cell lysis. Rh30 Gluc cells were incubated with 2, 1, and 0.5 µg/ml anti-MIF antibodies for 30 min before the addition of effector cells. PBMCs were added at different ratios for a killing assay. After 24 h of co-culture, Gaussia luciferase activity was measured in the live tumour cells.
