Poly(I:C) and imiquimod differentially regulate MHC-I expression on tumor cells. To induce 50 % cell death, FaDu cells were stimulated with cytosolic poly(I:C) (7 h + 72 h) or extracellular imiquimod (48 h + 48 h) as indicated in “Materials and methods” section.
