Effect of IFN-γ, IL-6, or IFN-γ/IL-6 on MHC class I and II antigen expressions in tumor cells pretreated with anti-TGF-β Ab. Progression phase CTVT cells were incubated with anti-TGF-β Ab for 4 h and then treated with IFN-γ (1,000 U/ml) or IL-6 (10 ng/ml) or IFN-γ/IL-6 for 24 h.
