Activated DC are not susceptible to CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cell-mediated suppression. Day 4 DC were first activated with LPS (1 μg/ml) and then co-cultured (+CD25⁺) or not (No CD25⁺) with CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells from tumor-bearing animals.
