IL-10 immunoadhesins enhance IFN-γ productions by PBMC against allogeneic IL-10-producing melanoma cells by capturing secreted IL-10. PBMC from a healthy donor were cultured with allogeneic IL-10-producing melanoma cells (JB) transfected with plasmid vectors.
