Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity by sera from immunized mice. Sera were collected from groups of mice after final immunization and were diluted 1:5 with PBS before analysis. Specific cell lysis was determined by 6-h [51Cr]-release assay using C15 and MC-38 as target cells. Preimmune sera were used as a control. Data represent mean ± SE of three mice per group.
