Gastric cancer antigen peptide-induced cytokine production by TIL-derived T cell clones. GCAA peptide-specific Th1 and Th0 CD4⁺ and Tc1 and Tc0 CD8⁺ T cell clones were stimulated with the appropriate peptides (10 μg/ml), and IFN-γ and/or IL-4 production was measured in culture supernatants by specific ELISA assays. In supernatants of control cultures stimulated with medium alone, levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 were consistently <0.05 and <0.01 ng/ml.
