Increase in the ex vivo PBMC response to LPS stimulation after autologous DC vaccination. Ex vivo PBMC responses were assessed before the first (prevaccination) and after the third vaccination (postvaccination). PBMCs were either left unstimulated (control) or stimulated with various LPS species derived from Salmonella or Escherichia strains.
