Increase in IL-7 induced proliferation of PBMCs after monocyte depletion. PBMCs were harvested after the third vaccination with autologous, antigen-loaded, mature CD83⁺ moDCs. PBMCs were depleted of monocytes using CD14 microbeads and LD columns (= CD14^- PBMCs). PBMCs or CD14^- PBMCs were stimulated with increasing concentrations of IL-7.
