Plots depicting serum protein levels from samples collected between 8 AM and 5 PM in control subjects (blue) and subjects with BD (gold). ARNTL protein levels were lowest between 10 AM-2 PM in subjects with BD (A) whereas PER2 levels displayed minimal differences across the day compared to control subjects (B). SST protein levels were greater between 10 AM-2 PM in subjects with BD (C). CRH protein levels were consistently lower across the day in subjects with BD compared to control subjects (D). CACNA1C protein levels displayed no fluctuation across the day in subjects with BD (E). Protein values represent pg/ml for SST and CRH and ng/ml for PER2, ANRTL and CACNA1C.
