Performance on the three behavioral tests of interest is listed for each LHS subgroup (PT lesion 0=lesion does not intersect with short sweeps LSM result, 1=lesion intersects with short sweeps LSM result) in terms of number of included data points (n), number of missing data points, mean, standard deviation (Std. Dev.), minimum (Min.) and maximum (Max.). Hearing thresholds in the left (L) and right (R) ear were Pure Tone Average measured in decibels. Frequency Modulated (FM) Sweeps were either 25ms or 250ms duration. Phoneme identification was characterized by end-point judgments or categorization slope. The repetition task included pseudowords (PW) and real words (RW). Lesion volume was measured in cubic millimeters (mm3).
