Mast cells are increasingly immunopositive for CD30L in the BCC lesion. The lesional BCC (a) and healthy-looking skin (c) sections were first stained enzymehistochemically for tryptase. After photographing, the red azo stain was dissolved away and the same sections were stained immunohistochemically for CD30L (b, d).
