Tumor cell lysis by CD8⁺ T cells. a CTL activities against parental NXS2 and Neuro-2a neuroblastoma cells as well as EL4 lymphoma (GD2⁺, H-2^b) in mice that survived challenge with NXS2 neuroblastoma after immunization with the 47-LDA vaccine in the presence of IL-15 or IL-21 genes were analyzed in a standard ⁵¹Cr-release assay. CD8⁺ T cells were obtained from pooled splenocytes by negative selection. b Inhibition of NXS2-specific CTL responses by anti-H-2D^d or anti-H-2K^k mAb (3 μg/ml).
