Western blot of survivin protein expression in tumor cell lines. Cellular lysates were prepared from F98 rat glioma, Eo771 breast carcinoma, B16 melanoma, K130 immortalized murine astrocytes, CCRF T cell lymphoblast-like cells, GL261 mouse glioma and C57BL/6 brain tissue.
