Pharmacokinetics of adecatumumab and mu-adecatumumab following i.v. bolus injection in C57BL/6 mice. Twenty female C57BL/6 mice were intravenously injected with 300 μg of adecatumumab or mu-adecatumumab and animals allocated to four different groups of five mice each. Different groups were alternatingly bled at different time points after injection (pre-dose, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 10 h, 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 14, 17, 21, 24 and 28 days) and serum concentrations of the respective antibodies quantified by specific ELISAs.
