Assessment of T cell responses to the Aurora-A161–175 and Aurora-A233–247 epitopes in bladder cancer patients. PBMCs were isolated from five bladder cancer (UC 1–5) patients and were stimulated with peptides as described in “Materials and methods”. The peptide-stimulated PBMCs derived from patients produced IFN-γ, which could be inhibited by adding anti-HLA-DR mAb L243 at 10 μg/ml during cultures.
