In vitro sensitivity of RKIK tumor cells to NK cell-mediated lysis. Lysis of RKIK-4862 and RKIK-4654 tumor cells by IL-2-activated NK cells was compared to lysis of YAC-1 and RMA-S tumor cell lines using a 51Cr release assay. Lysis of RKIK-4862 sarcoma cells (closed triangles) by NK cells was equivalent to the killing of YAC-1 lymphoma cells (open squares), and higher than that observed for the RKIK-4654 sarcoma cell line (open triangles) and RMA-S tumor cells (closed squares).
