aTNF and its mutants transduced and non-transduced H22 tumor cells were mixed at different E/T ratios as shown in the table. 2.5×105 mixed tumor cells were injected s.c. to syngeneic BALB/C mice. Tumor size was measured every 3 days. The inhibitory rate of tumor growth was calculated with the following formula: (1-mean tumor size on 21 days of TNF transductants/ mean tumor size on 21 days of non-transfected control) ×100%.
