Flow cytometric analysis of the anti-MISIIR GY4 scFv:Fc molecule. The ability of the GY4 scFv:Fc to bind to the MISIIR positive AN3Ca endometrial carcinoma cell line (a) and the MISIIR negative COS cell line was evaluated by flow cytometry. GY4 scFv:Fc bound to MISIIR positive AN3Ca cells and failed to bind to MISIIR negative COS cells.
