Cytotoxic activity of spleen cells from pcDNA-sTGFβR/huIg-injected mice against tumor cells. Mice with or without challenged tumors received administration of pcDNA-sTGFβR/huIg or pcDNA3.1 twice through different routes with a 2-week interval.
