Frequency of CTLs reactive with OVA in pcDNA-sTGFβR/huIg-injected mice. Mice with or without challenged tumors received administration of pcDNA-sTGFβR/huIg or pcDNA3.1 twice through different routes with a 2-week interval. One week after the last injection, mice were sacrificed and their spleen cells were stained with FITC-anti-CD8 antibody and PE-OVA/Kb peptide tetramers after in vitro stimulation with OVA-Kb peptides for 6 days. The stained cells were analyzed by flow cytometry (a). The number of CD8-positive T cells reactive with OVA-Kb peptides in 105 spleen cells was plotted for each group of mice (b).
