Serum cytokine profiles after intravenous administration of muS110. Female BALB/c mice (n = 20) received intravenous bolus injection of 5, 15 or 50 μg/kg muS110 or 500 μg/kg control BiTE antibody (dashed lines), respectively. Animals (n = 4) were bled before and 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 24 h after BiTE antibody administration. Serum samples were pooled and analyzed for a IL-2, b IFN-γ, c TNF-α, d IL-6, e IL-4 and f IL-10 using the mouse Th1/Th2 or inflammatory CBA Kit (BD Bioscience, Heidelberg, Germany).
