Arrows in the LVb-Core region represent interactions observed in both lymphoid cells and fibroblasts infected with M-MuLV; those pointing upward indicate sites hyperactive to DMS, and those pointing downward indicate protection of specific guanines. Other interactions were observed only in M-MuLV-infected fibroblasts.
