It also shows the model solution that follows the data most closely based on the sum of squared errors (green line) and the time-series data (red circles) of the second wave of the 1918 influenza pandemic specified in the input file. The right subplot zooms in a region of the left subplot in the range of the data, showing that a subset of the model trajectories follows closely the data.
