Tumor cells were cultured in vehicle (closed bar) or Indo at 20.0 or 40 μM (open bars) and some cells were also exposed to PGE₂ (1.0 or 10.0 μM, hatched bars) for 48 h, stained for MHC class I Kd and analyzed by flow cytometry. All P values versus vehicle-treated cells
