Evolution of peripheral blood lymphocyte responses during hybrid cell vaccination. Mononuclear cells were isolated from peripheral blood collected before each vaccination dose, every 6 weeks, and their responses to autologous tumor cells (a), dendritic cells (b), tumor–dendritic cell mixtures (c), tumor–dendritic cell hybrids (d), and phytohemagglutinin A (e) were evaluated by MTT reduction.
