Results of in vivo adoptive immunotherapy for xenografted TFK-1 tumors in severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mice. The TFK-1 cells (5.0×10⁶) were inoculated subcutaneously into SCID mice 10 days before treatment. Then, T-LAK cells (2.0×10⁷) were injected intravenously via the tail vein on 4 consecutive days (0~3) together with IL-2 (500 IU/mouse) in 200 μl phosphate-buffered saline (PBS).
