Characteristics of TIL, LNL, or PBL from RCC patients. Phenotype and cytolytic activity of lymphocytes simply cultured in presence of 150-IU/ml IL-2. Analyses were done at day 13–35 of culture. The percentage of positive cells for lymphocyte markers was measured in a 99% CD45+ population for TIL (n=24), LNL (n=14), and PBL (n=17).
