TGF-β1 neutralisation reverses the effect of TGF-β1 transfection on growth in syngeneic mice. Mice received i.p. injections of neutralizing anti-TGF-β1 or control IgY antibody immediately after transfer of vector control (VCo) or TGF (A) tumours. Ten tumours per group.
