TGF-β₁ reduces the number of tumour-derived dendritic cells in draining but not non-draining lymph nodes. Tumour and epidermal-derived dendritic cells were identified as E-cadherin and CD11c double positive cells by flow cytometry in tumour draining inguinal and non-tumour draining cervical lymph nodes.
