The EC50 for DAMGO is shifted to the left in slices from PLCβ3−/−mice (238 nM; 95% CI, 140–376 nM) compared with WT mice (1.3 µM; 95% CI, 732 nM–2.8 µM; F(1,79) = 22.8, P < 0.0001. Recordings were from 4 to 6 cells from at least 3 mice per data point.
